Mark L. Tuft

LEGAL PRACTICE

Partner with the firm of Cooper, White & Cooper LLP; principally engaged in professional liability, business and criminal litigation in federal and state courts.  Experience includes legal malpractice; media law; defamation and related first amendment litigation; insurance; and defense of businesses and individuals in criminal litigation.  State-wide practice as ethics counsel to lawyers and law firms on professional responsibility, discipline, law firm mergers and dissolutions and law practice management.  Arbitrator and Mediator on lawyer-client and law firm disputes.
