Peter Califano Appointed to Board of Governors for Commercial Law League of America

Cooper partner Peter Califano has recently been appointed to the Board of Governors for the Commercial Law League of America, the nation's oldest organization of attorneys and other experts in credit and finance, actively involved in the fields of commercial law, insolvency and bankruptcy. Its membership consists of approximately 2,500 individuals made up of attorneys, judges, trustees, accountants and other professionals from virtually every state in the United States. Peter's term is for one year as the Bankruptcy Section's representative on the Board.
