Richard Collier Begins Term as President of The Mediation Society

On Thursday evening, September 25, 2008, Richard Collier, a partner of Cooper, White & Cooper LLP, was installed as President of The Mediation Society for the 2008-2009 term. The Mediation Society is a non-profit organization composed of trained and experienced mediators who meet regularly to share information, develop mediation skills and techniques, and enjoy an atmosphere of fellowship among peers.

Mr. Collier is also an experienced mediator and arbitrator who serves on the panels of neutrals with the American Arbitration Association, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the First District Court of Appeal, and Bay Area Superior Courts.
