Cooper, White & Cooper attorneys William Norman and Scott McLeod brought a successful Anti-SLAPP motion on behalf of Nicholas Clainos in a lawsuit (Graham-Sult et al v. Clainos et al.) filed by the heirs of legendary rock promoter Bill Graham. The Court granted the motion, finding that the heirs’ lawsuit involved protected probate-related activity and that the heirs were not likely to succeed on the merits. The Court also ordered the heirs to pay full attorneys fees incurred.
