Peter Califano has been reelected Chair of the Commercial Law League of America‘s (“CLLA”) Bankruptcy Section for another one-year term.  The Commercial Law League of America (“CLLA”), founded in 1895, is the nation’s oldest organization of attorneys in the credit and finance industry, covering many practice areas, and including the field of commercial law, bankruptcy and reorganization.  The CLLA currently consists of approximately 2,300 individuals, including bankruptcy lawyers, trustees, law professors and bankruptcy judges from virtually every state in the United States.
