The Industrial Association of Contra Costa County and Cooper, White & Cooper LLP will sponsor a half day program on the “Do’s and Don’ts in Emergency Responses.”
Cooper’s attorneys will draw from their experience representing clients in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings following industrial accidents. Representative cases include death and injury to contractor employees, major oil spills, and airborne releases. Topics will include regulatory enforcement, preserving evidence for litigation, and how to protect attorney communications. Public relations professional Larry Kamer of Fleishman-Hillard International will provide suggestions for crisis management. The program will conclude with a luncheon address by Robert J. Kochly, District Attorney, Contra Costa County.
Please mark your calendars! Cost to attend is $35 per person for IACC members and $45 for non-members. To RSVP, please contact Kimberly Von Striver: firstname.lastname@example.org; (925) 287-7535.
