On Friday, June 16, 2006, Cooper, White & Cooper LLP Partner Mark Tuft will be presenting a program entitled “Recent Developments in the Ethical Practice of Real Estate Law.”  The program will include a survey of the important cases, statutes, rules and developments that impact the professional responsibility of lawyers practicing real estate law in California, including ethical consequences of the proposed new real estate specialization rules, conflicts of interest, confidentiality and the attorney-client privilege under new Rule 3-100, attorneys fees and professional liability.

One MCLE Credit (including one hour of ethics) will be given. The cost is $30.00 or FREE to CCCBA dues paying Real Estate Section Members.
